Additional Policies

Price Match Guarantee (Contacts)

At LensDirect, we know that price matters. That's why we offer a price match guarantee. If you find a lower price on the same contact lenses from one of the following retailers, we will match it:

Walgreens
Target

To get your discount, contact us after you complete your order. Please include your order number and a link to the lower price. We will review your request and, if approved, will refund the difference.

Please note that we will not price match promotions, only the general box price. We also reserve the right to limit the number of price match requests per customer.

Frame Fit Guarantee (Eyewear)

If your new glasses don’t fit quite right, you can take them to any optical shop for a professional adjustment. We’ll reimburse you up to $20 when you provide a copy of the receipt. To request reimbursement, simply email your receipt and order number to [email protected].

Frame Breakage Disclaimer (Lens Replacement)

While rare, frame breakage can occur during the lens replacement process. Many of the frames we receive have years of wear, and like any product, their durability may weaken over time. Please note that LensDirect cannot be held responsible for any damage or breakage that occurs while your frames are in our care.

That said, we’re committed to making things right. If we are unable to complete your order due to frame breakage, you will have the following options:

Full Refund & Return: Receive a complete refund of your order, and we’ll return your frames in their current condition.
Frames Under $199 MSRP: Choose any frame from our in-house eyewear collection at no additional cost. We’ll also cover the new lenses you originally ordered and the shipping.
Frames Over $199 MSRP: Receive a $200 credit toward select premium brands, including Ray-Ban, Oakley, Persol, Oliver Peoples, or Tiffany & Co.
