Some could argue that we were the first to join the contact lens ecommerce party.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019ve proudly built our business by focusing on one thing: the customer. Our growth is due to the sheer fact that we put the customer first and everything else second.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A few weeks ago, we were named to the Inc. 5000 list for the second year in a row. This is no easy feat, as it\u2019s the result of so much hard work.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019d like to read the press release, you can click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.prweb.com\/releases\/lensdirect_com_named_to_inc_5000_list_for_second_year_in_a_row\/prweb15718624.htm\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?hl=en&amp;q=https:\/\/www.prweb.com\/releases\/lensdirect_com_named_to_inc_5000_list_for_second_year_in_a_row\/prweb15718624.htm&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1535569836679000&amp;usg=AFQjCNF1y4NmHUZ-oq5UfgnnNcfvw_C9Vg\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I am writing this letter to tell everybody \u2013 our customers, our friends, our team, our partners, the young CEO\u2019s that are looking to build their own business \u2013&nbsp;<strong>the only way to build something that matters is to care<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Care about the product.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Care about the experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Care about the team.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Care about the process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>But again, and most importantly, care about the customer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LensDirect.com will continue to innovate and push the envelope.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We were the first to launch AutoRefill \u2013 a subscription program that allows you to \u2018set it and forget it\u2019 so you\u2019ll never run low on contact lenses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We were the first to launch Dedicated Account Reps, which provides every customer with their own dedicated customer service rep. The point here was to build relationships with the customers \u2013 not just sell them contact lenses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do these things because we want to make our customers lives easier.
