A trusted online contact lens retailer for over 30 years
LensDirect.com has been a trusted online retailer of contact lenses for over 30 years. Some could argue that we were the first to join the contact lens ecommerce party.
We’ve proudly built our business by focusing on one thing: the customer. Our growth is due to the sheer fact that we put the customer first and everything else second.
A few weeks ago, we were named to the Inc. 5000 list for the second year in a row. This is no easy feat, as it’s the result of so much hard work.

I am writing this letter to tell everybody – our customers, our friends, our team, our partners, the young CEO’s that are looking to build their own business – the only way to build something that matters is to care.
Care about the product.
Care about the experience.
Care about the team.
Care about the process.
But again, and most importantly, care about the customer.
LensDirect.com will continue to innovate and push the envelope.
We were the first to launch AutoRefill – a subscription program that allows you to ‘set it and forget it’ so you’ll never run low on contact lenses.
We were the first to launch Dedicated Account Reps, which provides every customer with their own dedicated customer service rep. The point here was to build relationships with the customers – not just sell them contact lenses.
We do these things because we want to make our customers lives easier. Whether we’re allowing them to save time or money, and in a best case scenario – both.
So, thank you to everybody that’s allowed us to reach this special milestone.
I assure you, we’re just getting started.
