Return and Exchange Policy


Returns

LensDirect can refund any order that is returned within 365 days from it’s delivery date. All boxes must be unopened and unmarked. If boxes are returned with any markings or are open, we will be unable to issue a credit as we are unable to return them to the manufacturer.

Every return must be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number which can be requested by calling our customer service: 1-800-536-7111.

All returns must be mailed in a hard cardboard box. Bubble wrapped envelopes and mailers often get crushed during mailing, in which case Lens Direct will not be able to accept the return. If you believe you may need to send an item back, please retain the original box your order was shipped in.

Please note funds refunded from Returns and Exchanges are only for the boxes of lenses purchased, this excludes shipping and insurance.

Exchanges

Exchanges can only be submitted by phone, please call: 1-800-536-7111.
